KCAL-FM – OFFICIAL ENTRY RULES
KCAL Money Afternoon with Redlands CDJR
The contest is open to Riverside County and San Bernardino County residents, except employees and the immediate families of KCAL-FM, SBR Broadcasting, all other Riverside County and San Bernardino County radio stations, all Money Afternoon with Redlands Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram contest sponsors/prize providers, or their subsidiaries, divisions, affiliated companies, participating manufacturers and advertising agencies, the determination of which lies solely and exclusively with KCAL-FM. The contest is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Every Monday starting September 12th through October 3rd, 2022, KCAL-FM will conduct a giveaway in which one caller during the afternoon show with Daryl will be chosen as the winner. The winners must be able to provide the necessary contact information (e.g., a valid phone number, email, and mailing address) to claim their prize. There will be one winner each Monday. Winners are responsible for all taxes, registration charges, and other fees related to prizes. To participate, listen to KCAL-FM every Monday between September 12th through October 3rd, for the cue to call the KCAL Hotline. Each time you are told to call the KCAL Hotline, the 15th caller to (909) 431-4967 will be selected for a chance to guess a number between 1 and 500 dollars. Contestants will be allowed one guess, per person, per day. If an incorrect guess is offered, contestant is eligible to call and guess again the following week. A winner will be selected once the correct dollar amount is guessed. Once selected, winner is ineligible to enter this contest for the duration of the promotion. There may only be one winner per household. In regard to KCAL-FM’s “Thirty Day Rule,” this rule is waived to allow for a mixed pool of qualifying guesses; however, contestants may win only once for the entire duration of the contest. All contestants must be 21 years of age or older to enter. No purchase necessary to enter. The dollar amount will change on a weekly basis.
If two telephone lines are tied together during the contest, the entire call will be disqualified, and another call will be taken. KCAL-FM cannot award duplicate prizes to both parties in a “tied together” situation, which is a circumstance beyond our control. In case of a dispute over telephone line malfunctions, the decision of KCAL-FM will be final.
By participating in the contest, all contestants acknowledge that some prizes will not be available for delivery to the grand prize winner immediately after the contest end date. While KCAL-FM will make a best faith effort to obtain all prizes as rapidly as possible, contestants agree to hold KCAL-FM and all contest sponsors and prize providers harmless from any specific delivery date and all liability arising from prize delivery and use.

The total value of the prize package is subject to prevailing market values of prizes at the time of the prize winner’s receipt of prizes. Contestants acknowledge that the announced value of the prize package is an approximation, and the actual value may vary significantly.
The odds of winning the contest will depend upon the total number of qualifiers. Prizes are not transferable. No substitution of prizes will be made. Winners may exercise the right to decline to accept the prize, but it may not be exchanged for cash or any other prize.
In the event of a dispute, the decision of KCAL-FM is final. Winners are solely responsible for their own actions and agree to hold harmless KCAL-FM, all Money Afternoon with Redlands Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram contest sponsors/prize providers, and their subsidiaries, divisions, related companies, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising in connection with their participation and use of prizes. Winners and other participants consent to the use of their name and/or likeness for publicity purposes in connection with the contest without prior approval or compensation by KCAL-FM and all Money Afternoon with Redlands Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram contest sponsors/prize providers.
By participating, entrants agree to these rules. Anyone disputing these rules may be disqualified by KCAL-FM. KCAL-FM reserves the right to change these rules at any time.
Prize package includes, but is not specifically:
- A check for any amount between $100-$500, as decided by KCAL-FM
